Paperdoll Online Returns and Exchanges policy

If your purchase is not suitable or if it doesn’t fit, you may Return any item purchased online (unless stated otherwise e.g. sale items) for a credit or exchange provided the following instructions are strictly followed.

Process to Return items:

If you wish to return an item for exchange or credit please follow these steps:

  1. Email us within 3 days of receiving your item at shop@paperdoll.net.nz to request a Returns Authority Number (RAN).
  2. Returns will not be accepted without a RAN.
  3. Complete the return form enclosed with your order and include the completed form with your Return item(s).
  4. Ensure all packaging is in good order and included with the item(s)
  5. Send the item(s) to us via track and trace courier.
  6. Item(s) must be received by Paperdoll no later than 14 days after the date of sale.
  7. After accepting the item(s), Paperdoll will contact you to confirm a credit or arrange an exchange.

General Terms

Returned items are at the customer’s own cost and responsibility via a track and trace method. All items must be in the “as new” condition with all tags remaining intact, no signs of wear and tear, and no sign of body odour or other smells.

No returns will be accepted unless all the above conditions are strictly met.

Where a refund is provided due to a fault, Paperdoll shall endeavour to ensure that the refund is made as soon as possible. Where a customer uses a third-party service for making payment such as After Pay or Laybuy, refunds shall be made according to those company terms.
