Paperdoll Terms of Service

Paperdoll endeavours to ensure that all product descriptions and availability is true and accurate. All sales are final, however Paperdoll will comply with its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act where any item is faulty. In the event of a fault, Paperdoll shall have the right to either fix the item or provide a suitable replacement. Alternatively, a store credit will be offered.

Paperdoll is primarily a brick and mortar store, and there may be times where an item is sold in-store before the item can be set aside when sold online. In-store customers shall have priority in any such circumstances but Paperdoll will be happy to either refund the purchase in full or work with you to find an alternative item.
